How much does delivery cost?

We offer an amazing FREE SHIPPING service on all orders over $99. Registered delivery for orders under this amount is $14.95. If the items in your shopping cart add up to slightly less than $99, we strongly recommend adding an item to obtain free delivery!

You can also select our PAY AND COLLECT option at checkout. PAY AND COLLECT is our freight-free option, regardless of the value of your order. You can opt to collect your order from one of our offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth. For more information, read about our PAY AND COLLECT service here.

Where do we deliver?

We currently only deliver within Australia.

Do you require a signature for delivery?

Yes. We require a daytime delivery address which can accept your parcel with a signature, unless delivery is to a PO Box or Locked Bag address. Please note we do not deliver to Parcel Lockers.

Do you deliver to PO Box and Locked Bag addresses?

Yes. These orders will be despatched from our Sydney warehouse and, as a result, delivery may take longer if you live outside of NSW.

Do you deliver to Australia Post Parcel Lockers?

No. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Parcel Lockers.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

The vast majority of Home Hairdresser orders are sent out by the next business day. Orders are sent Registered Post via Australia Post, who aim to deliver your parcel within 1-5 working days. Please consider that we do not process orders, nor does Australia Post deliver, on weekends. Note that WA, QLD and NT orders will usually arrive within 5 working days. All parcels should be received within 7-10 working days. However, we cannot guarantee Australia Post delivery times and the above is provided as a guide only.

How does delivery work?

Australia Post parcel deliveries begin at 7am every business day and end at 5pm. They'll make every attempt to deliver your parcel personally and a signature must be obtained if the address is not a Locked Bag or PO Box.

If you are unable to receive your order, the parcel will be returned to your closest Australia Post outlet. A note will be left to advise which Australia Post outlet you can collect your parcel from and the time it will be available for collection.
